Safe at Home is the go-to choice for patients needing the support of telecare in Portsmouth. It is operated by Portsmouth City Council and backed by a 24/7 response service (not offered by other local providers), or alerts to other nominated carers depending on the type of service the customer has selected.

The council is committed to helping people stay healthy, independent and in their own home for as long as possible, so there's also a month's free trial for anyone who begins using Safe at Home when they are discharged from hospital and referred by their discharge team.
