Getting ready for patients to have access to their future data

Getting ready for patients to have access to their future data

This session is for clinicians and managers responsible for safeguarding, domestic violence and abuse, caldicott guardians and managers responsible for information governance in general practice and in CCGs.

The session will focus on risks associated with online records access so that they can be mitigated and inform training plans associated with data entry into clinical systems.  We will describe the planned improvements to support enabling patients for GP online, signpost to good practice and guidance and share the key elements for successful implementation of online records access.
